Soy sauce powder is a flavored, customizable product whose taste primarily comes from its raw materials, namely low-salt solid soy sauce or high-salt liquid soy sauce. We usually use total nitrogen and salt content as indicators for product positioning or differentiation. Generally speaking, a higher total nitrogen content corresponds to a richer flavor, while a higher salt content correlates with a more delicious taste. From the user’s perspective, higher indicators mean less product is needed to achieve the same flavor and taste. However, the actual production requirements for soy sauce powder depend on its application, usage, and customer positioning, aiming for a balanced state of use. Therefore, we conduct secondary development of product flavor and specifications based on customer demands, within the existing product specifications, to meet the flavor preferences of their respective countries or regions.
