This ratio may need to be adjusted according to individual or regional taste preferences and the desired concentration. For instance, while the solid content of soy sauce is typically around 30%, our customers might adjust the reconstitution ratio between 2.5% and 30% based on their specific needs. Furthermore, depending on the requirements, they might also add or omit ingredients like maltodextrin, monosodium glutamate, edible salt, caramel coloring, I+G, etc., to meet particular taste and color criteria.
